Common questions
Will my employer accept this card?
Yes. You receive an official American Heart Association or American Red Cross card, the same card issued by any authorized class. Check with your employer which one they require.
Is the online course included?
For Red Cross courses, yes. It's included in the $69.95. For AHA courses, you buy the online part directly from AHA at shopcpr.heart.org, and your $59.95 covers the in-person skills check.
What do I bring to class?
Your online completion certificate, a photo ID and comfortable clothes. You'll kneel on the floor during compression practice.
How long is the class?
The in-person skills check takes about one hour.
How long is my card good for?
Two years for every course we offer.
